The covers you show look like they have been machined from a solid billet you could machine what ever design you wanted, but the cost for just a few would be very high. You could machine your standard cover I did one with R/R cut out, looked ok but the standard covers are made of two thin aluminium pressing and by the time it was near finished you could almost crush with one hand so gave it up. I bought a Tecmoto half vented cover but only had it on for one week the noise drove me mad so put back to the standard one
The guy advertised on Ebay.de once more and I contacted him this time - he can indeed machine the letters 'DSC' but price would largely depend on volume - so once again is anyone interested?

Not sure I'd go that far (but then I don't ride a bike that's been repeatedly hit with the ugly stick then painted the wrong colour ), but I'm sure there would be better supplier. I have a feeling Alex Ortner is the man to speak to about this. I doubt the 'S' would be a problem for a cnc milling machine.
If we can get really good quality ones then I'd be in as long as it's under £150.
