The full list on these bikes when they came out was £20,500  But could be bought for a lot less if you could find one still in stock nearly two years later Make sure the ones you are looking at are genuine bikes. I'm noto 100% sure how you check bu there are lots of "foggy reps" about that are not "official". Basically you are looking at a 916 SPS (996cc) with a special paint job, black three spoke wheels, some extra carbon, a foggy rep. numbered plaque on the yoke, cover etc? if my memory serves me correctly. I'm sure someone will correct me if the info. isn't right. if you must have a 916/996 SPS the 2000 model was the last of the line, Ohlins front and rear, five spoke wheels, the one to have IMHO. Around £10k should buy a minter, probably less, have seen 'em up for around £9k, 996r money if you are lucky and you get a better engine IMHO. Hope this helps, Ray | |
