Did that on the 916 and ST2, the ST seems to handle pretty well now and turns quite quickly (for a Dook)

When I bought it the rear was at it's lowest setting having been owned by a harley rider who was obviously setting it up to handle like the shite he was used to. I thought the frame was bent until I checked out the suspension settings. Made a massive difference as did having some preload on the rear spring. Wouldn't mess with raising the forks through the yokes IMHO, try the rear first.
