Yella with the way my years normally go I reckon i can safely say I will get slower not quicker. It seems that the more i ride on the road the slower i get on track  Maybe I just need to stay on track and give up road riding!! And Steve - if i can do DD on the 998 then yep I'll give it a go!! I am nowhere near good enough to be able to race on bikes where you need technique and skill, for me its all about determination  Lily (I really should stop being lazy and log on as myself at some point...)
