Yeah, 40,000 euros is a lot of money, but if you think that a 05 999R costs 30,600 here, it's seems like a "fair" enough price. We're talking about an RS..........

I'd say an "average" RS02 will set you back about £30K probably might have a few spares, not many though.

Think my mate paid around £70K for his, but it was pretty damn new with mucho spares, wheels, foxley starter, clutches, possibly some engine components.

Would I rather have an RS02 or possibly a 999RS04 over the Desmosedici road bike? definitely, it's an out and out race bike not a blinged up road bike
