I had the same problem with a new one piece Arlen Ness suit I bought via e-bay.
My suit is about 8 months old. I contacted the seller from e-bay which also turned out to be the UK importer. They arranged to have the suit picked up via UPS and replaced the zip .... no cost. Also had a couple of inside pockets put in at the same time as they had no pocket to keep my coffee money in.
UK importer is Cissbury Leathers in Stoke on Trent 01782 717625. I know they are not local, but, if they will do the repairs and use UPS they don't need to be local. |
