Mood: Always happy on my Ducati
I suffer quite badly too so my regime is to first thing in morning, or just before a ride is do dunk head in really, really cold water. Then I take a tablet called Telfast 180. This stops the nose running and the constant sneezing. For my eyes I simply use Optrex drops. I also try to carry a nazel spray like rhinocourt. While riding I am one of those who like the visor open - not a good idea, so I wear wrap around Skiing sunglasses as they fit quite snuggly. I still get itchy and watery eyes but it's not as bad as when I don't do the above. Keep your visor down and wear sunglasses too is the best, if you can resist opening you visor! Hope that helps!
