Who knows what's going to happen, will the FIA take Michelin to court?

Will this force Michelin out of F1? I doubt it as that would do more harm than good.

Will F1 still run in the US?

If anything more people will turn to bike racing I'd hope, god if Nakano can get thrown off at 200+mph after his bridgestone delaminated and race next weekend what's all this tyre mallarky about anyway
