What was strange and somewhat enlightening was that it seemed my fastest laps were the ones where I tried the least!!!! ;  .I diced a few times with a group of guys on various Jap offerings and they said they were lapping in times in the 56 - 59 sec bracket - so there or thereabouts I reckon. Playing in the fast group with an underpowered bike can be really frustrating, but also great fun when you stuff it up 'em in the corners. It was really encouraging to tackle paddock without braking, just back her off a bit, drop her down a cog and drive for the apex - a scream!!!!  | |
