Compared to my previous insurer, Carole Nash seem very good but, as I've only been with them a few months, I guess it's early days.

They do seem to have a bit of a problem with their bike listing though. They don't have the 999R listed so all their (pre-printed) paperwork comes through with 999 on it. In the end I got so paranoid that I insisted that they put something in writing to me to the effect that they understood it was the 999R they were insuring.

I'm sure they'll still try to wriggle if I'm unfortunate enough to have to make a claim, but that's what insurance companies do, innit?
