There's a company up in Nottingham that make them for loads of bike racing crews, not cheap though, and getting the stitching done gets expensive as each logo requires a disc to be made - about 40-60 quid per logo, and that's before stitching. Short runs can get way expensive for many logos.....

Unless you know someone who is off to the States soon.........Customsportsgear.com have done some for a friend in USA and were very good prices and can do all of the logos - min 20 shirts at about 40 each
