HW, sorry forgot to mention that the front pipe is not getting as hot as the rear.

i had many problems with my old bike´s coils and wiring loom ,
i might be corrosion inside the small plug that attatches to the coil

HW has said pretty much what I was going to say, but as my first post stated check which pipe is kicking fumes out/hot etc will determine which cylinder is not running correctly (unless you have an aftermarket 2-1-2 system) obviously
