Well what can I say .... I've been kicked out, a more exclusive clique then that 996R clique even?

Second generation testastretta in the classic shape anyone?

I am going for 996R or 998R over the winter but just can’t make me mind up as to which one

What made you choose the 998R?

I want one for the engine I am still goner make it look like me 916 coz red is borrrrrrrrrrring.

Eris when you see them red carbon fiber panels with the words 99*R, you won't want to touch them

To be honest Eric I wanted a 996R. It was the compromise deal with another bike I had ordered with my wife.

But I saw this opportunity with the 998R because I knew about it being sold and even though I wanted a 996R (last one of the shape to win WSB and an Aussie rode it as well) this 998 is very special to me. I had a think about it and my wife was keen as well, highly unusual behaviour, so I went for it.

I'm so happy I could cry, in fact I did cry when I first worked out the deal with the owner. Like I say, this particular bike is VERY special to me and I'm so happy that I am the one who is going to have it and treat it like the previous owner did.

It won't be hidden away, it will go on the track as well as the road. And whilst I'm certain I won't be reckless with it I'd like to think I'm still going to open the throttle on it.

COME ON!!!
