I've not enquired about setting up costs, cos I'm considering doing it myself ...
the only example I've found is moto-one, who charge: (at just over A$2 to the £1)
A$760 for 4 valve Ducatis. This includes all parts and labour.
(Adjustable cam pulleys cost A$120 each)
Everyone else says they'll work their magic for a fee (but dont ask them what it is

)
So far as I can tell, the 'magic' is to advance the inlet cam about 6-10 degree from factory spec. (Advancing any inlet cam on any bike will move the torque curve downwards at the expense of the peak power and I've played with that on my velo racer.) The magic is knowing where to compromise
