| DSC Club Member Ducati Meccanica  Posts: 2,081 Join Date: Jun 2001 Location: Alton Mood: Wet wet wet "Lucky testers"? Hmm, not so lucky for the 3 of us today. First two sessions were wet and greasy, and boy is Donington far less grippy than a damp Cadwell. Then as it was drying up nicely someone's engine blew crossing the start-finish line and he dumped his sump all the way into Redgate and round into Hollywood, right on the racing line! Cement dust was put down but everyone spent the rest of the day tippy-toeing round the inside of Redgate, off the racing line :-( Most sessions ended early as people made up for not being able to go into Redgate properly by falling off elsewhere - I think the final score was 20 or so offs!!! Wish I'd booked the FE day now, as I might have matched Domski's times  | |
