Look, I'm just playing devils advocate because I don't think many people are looking at this issue correctly.
It's not a cost issue.
Nobody enjoys wobbling around almost crashing everywhere on road tyres - just to save £300.
It costs £300 to get there in the first place - why ruin it by running street rubber?
I may or may not do DD next season, so this may or may not affect me - however, I think it needs to be looked at very seriously, rather than "I can't afford wets, so I don't want them" type of attitude.
