Signing on starts at 4.30
track time starts at 5.30

That's not quite correct - sign on starts at 4.15pm and ends at 5pm. If you miss this slot then you'll miss the first session.

Triple bloody arse! Stuck in Guernsey airport with serious fog, so there may be a place up for grabs if I can't make it.
