| Do they need to be SP? I have a set of 'as new' heads with new valve guides, new valves and all new rockers unmarked low mileage cams plus shimmed ready to fit. They were never refitted to my bike, a 916 Senna after a small issue with the cam belts.....Doh!!!
Strangely I did fit SP heads instead with high comp pistons and G & A ? cams with vernier gear, all done expertly by AJRacing and beautifully maintained now by the fair hands of Nelly.
The heads were rebuilt as spares by AJRacing but I have never needed them. |
