LloydsTSB ring me every year to introduce their local bank slave to...i.e. latest trainee manager....to try and sell me financial services again - wasters.... My missus gave up her lunch break to be asked questions about what we do in our spare time - jeez... '...I think the reply was - '...what has it got to do with you??!?....' :P - flog 'em to within an inch of their life l say. When we wanted a mortgage last time they were so out of the frame with what they offered, that we went elsewhere, you also can't e-mail anyone and still have to go via India when you supposedly have an acount manager.
