i agree with cameras in built up areas etc etc
but when they are resorting to using an 'old' dark blue van with ladders on the roof so it looks like a builders van and parking in the entrance to a field in open countryside KNOWHERE NEAR any built up areas etc is just taking the p***

I can categorically? say, that no where in Nptonshire do they use covert speed detection, let alone a poxy blue van with ladders on the roof............damm they even put pictures up telling you they are there, and advertise on the local radio.............

Where does the covert stuff happen, and whos been caught?
