Thanks Phillipe for the additional information!

One thing to keep in mind when looking at these old racebikes, is that as time went on they were usually updated with better parts to make them faster. They also tended to get crashed fairly often. So unless they were parked in a shed after their first season of racing or sold to a collector, they don't necessarily have all of their original parts.

Robin, please post some pics of the bike when you get them. Inquiring minds want to know. Also, do you know what the chassis number is?
