£700 for a service??????

Did they itemise the bill?

How did they justify the price?

Bill was fully itemised and the labour charged was exactly the time specified for the 12k service. Maybe some dealers knock something off. I suspect they just don't like me!

I think £360 including the vat. Do we win a prize for the right amount?

I don't think it would be a cash prize as he will need it all to get his bike back
