| At the 2003 nec show on the ducati stand was the first time the 749r was seen in public and hence i was hooked and bought one, the one on that day had a plastic seat unit, march 1st 2004 picked my 749r up and it had a plastic seat unit, i also beleive that only the 999r has a carbon one, iv seen about 4 other 749r,s in the last 18mnths and i cant say iv seen one with a carbon seat hope this helps. |
