easy enoigh, and you get get them pretty low!! Best get a suspension guy to do it tho or check after...

lower forks to the last ring
wind in height adjuster
if you need more, you can reverse the ecc hub and this will drop another inch or so at the back, but handling will be affected, had this on mine but chnaged it back

if I/you/she make the next Berks meet, come and try mine its about as low as any I have seen/tried and still handles ok (now its sorted!!) or are you at Boxhill/surrey ride Sunday??
