What year did they go 6-speed ?

Also am I right that the following is as far as mods allow ?

Standard engine
Exhaust and PC
Rear Shock and Fork revalve
Belly Pan

And is the monster the only 620 available to race, I'm also assuming as I have 3 years racing behind me I can only go the 620 route ?
