i don't know the answer , but is there anything in your contract of employment regarding the use of the van.
The Inland Revenue have recently changed the taxation situation for benfits in kind for use of company vans, must ask my accountant, or hopefully when someone like Beancounter comes along he should be able to give you a definative answer.
