While we're talking about 'insipid lily livered judges', we could do with getting shot of the Magistrates Court system.
A bunch of old farts, who obviously have no idea of whats really going on around them, bestowed with the sentencing powers of a highly educated chimpanzee.
Take this for instance, a 14 yr old lad gets locked up in Swansea the other week. Early on in the evening, he violently robs a 73 yr old woman, alone in the street, of her handbag, and later, smashes the front windows of 3 houses in his area...coughs everything, what does he get? A 10 month referral order? WTF is that all about? FFS!!!
