Yeah Ive got one and had a few 'teething issues' shall we say... Mostly stupid electrical problems - relay switch packed up, then the ECU went followed by the speedo sensor. All very irritating and a pain in the proverbial but all repaired under warranty by Ducati. Just had it serviced and repaired following a little incident when I got my knee down followed by everything else on a hairpin in France!   Obtained a fantastic set of aftermarket silencers (Two Brothers Racing ones) for her from Carl Harrison and it sounds awesome.  I find the bike perfect for what I want being a good compromise in that ok its no superbike but its still an absolute hoot and has loads of useable grunt. It looks and sounds great and when I meet up with mates on Jap bikes mine always gets the admiring glances so I like it for being different too. Plus of course its a classic, simple air cooled big V twin with a great pedigree. Then you've got the Marchensini wheels, Ohlins shock and other quality parts which in my mind make it a great all round package. Having said all that if it lets me down once more I may send it back to Bologna in pieces... | |||
