is new allways the best option, or is a good used bike more viable from a spec view point.

what problems shold I lookout for and what probs can I expect to get with one.

what are the difference between the 999r models from it;'s early models to current model year.

any help would be nice before I go out and start to look, need to be armed with as much info as possible .

thanks K

now back to the jovial banter

I'm not trying to be chauvinistic here (that's if you are really one of those opposite sex types) but if it's only for the road then you are wasting your money. Get a 996/8 or 999 bip. If however, you are intending to do TD's then yes yes yes get a 2005 999R. And if you do, and you are a women, then I will be for always your slave
