It was this i was refering to concerning the mear excess speed bit!

Ill have you know this is taken seriously, probably more seriously, compared to how some crimes are dealt with in the Courts.
If for example this turned out to be Dangerous driving, or careless whilst under the influence of drink, and Disqual with a previous of disqual driving, i would estimate 2-4 months or more custodial.
Perhaps we should move on now to the free legal aid he will get......and the smarmy solicitor thatll clean up a big fee!
