Who Removed my post last night!

well i popped a post on here last night, which i think would benefit 95% of people on here who go abroad on there bikes.

To my surprise it disappeared minutes later!

what has Pi55ed me off, is the fact that whoever removed it,did not even bother to u2u me the reason why !

When i joined this club, i turnrd up at the first MT meeting Knowing No- one.
I produced for the raffle some nice items, and on other occasions i have done comptitions and put money or items up as prizes.
I know from time to time i have overstepped the mark, but i also feel as a "paid up member" that i have contributed to the club in a lot of different ways,
Even as you all know i no longer own a Ducati.

I was even trying to Re-arrange my weekend to come down to the DSC Bash even though the 200 +mile journey would have only meant a whistle stop "Quick hi" and a cool beer.

I'm just a selfemployed ordinary guy who like most of us is just eeking out a living.

Those that know me,will also tell you i would go out of my way to help anyone, "NO Charge"...

so who ever deleted my post last night kindly come forward, and explain why!

or would it be better all round if i took my membership, and removed myself from here, as it is starting to look like my face does not fit!

regards mav

I've sent Mav a u2u, I don't know who or why it was removed. Lets be patient.

To answer Crunchy's question ... the people who can remove a thread are:

The thread originator
Any of the Webteam
Any of the moderators

This may have been me, and it would have been a mistake. Looking at the logs, my IP says as much. I remember reading your post, then I moved onto something else, the action I took did not happen, which makes me think I removed your post by mistake. Timing fits. Sorry.

Let me buy you a beer on Saturday as a way of saying sorry.

Mark aka Flanks.
