i worked out a cost earlier but was waiting for others the size you want plus proper footings (not a raft) pitched tiled roof cavity walls insulation electrics and skylight labour skips etc you wouldnt get a lot of change from the 6k mark inc vat + of course the cost of yer shutterdoor thingy-- based the price around the southern prices--- id even chuck in some ground anchors for a fellow biker |
