Hi Nick,

A customer of mine had an IS200 on lease about 2000 and it was serviced regularly and carefully looked after and not drived hard.

The big end went on it at 20k miles? Toyota (Lexus) repaired it all free, but why?

He now drives an S-type jag which has been faultless (told he not the hard driving type).
