| Basically the training/test day tells you a few things you need to know about racing, flags, what happens on the course etc and some of the rules about your bike - kit bladeblah. Then you get a page with a few multichoice questions on. Five mins ticking off the correct answers and a coffee later and you have a piece of paper that tells you you are equipped to leave your brains in the tool box and go racin  | |
