Ditto...don't wasye your time mate...just give Ducati Aylesbury SERVICE dept a call, and get them to come and pick it up and sort it out.

In the past DA have had a bit of a love/hate relationship with some of the members of this board, but with their new service team we have been told of improved service on all counts (actually on this very board by the service guy himself!).

Time to put those words to the test!
