I would imagine the christmas after being struck in your vehicle by an unisured/untaxed/disqualified/wantedcriminal/non licence holder/mass murderer/bomber...............etc etc would be worse! Why not use technology to see where these people are? its done with your credit cards, store cards, computer, internet, postal address......... I dont see a problem with this at all...........  | |
