Think they are M6, and you need about 15mm long. You can get longer but the hugger will be about 3mm thick and the swing arm is less than 10mm. Any longer and all your doing is screwing the bolt in to thin air. Best get stainless steel. Allen head type or nice mush room head's will look nice as well.
Most decent nuts and bolt suppliers will do these and they will cost about 50p .... and that will be a made up price to cover a drink of coffee for the storeman.
