| Being married to a Dutch girl, I remember her comments after being stuck in one of those "non-accident" tailbacks on a dual carriageway during the middle of the day, you know the ones, when a tractor or JCB is doing 25mph and is causing the delay.
In Holland, no tractor or slow-moving JCB type vehicle are allowed on a dual carriageway / motorway between the hours of 7.30am-6.30pm or there or thereabouts.
Oh, and HGVs are not allowed to overtake during those hours either.
