| Don't forget that shazzams letter is based on American consumer law. Ducati Uk's stance appears to be that if the bike has been correctly dealer serviced from new then if its in warranty they will pick up the full bill. If its out of warranty they will only pay for the parts. But in both cases they will only be interested if its been dealer serviced from new. |
