Reading Toselands book currently. He was sitting on the Vimto Honda 4 weeks after breaking both ankles, unable to walk or stand... and was only 3.5 secs off the pace....

Remmeber JR this season... ankle broken in several places... Saw him at Mallory, unable to walk, but out on the bike
