It was in Yugoslavia when i got pulled for speeding by the local plod. He stepped out in road with a wooden lollipop sign saying RADARSKI.
******** the only radar within 50 miles was on a military base, but it was an excuse to extort money from foreigners.
Maybe as the cops had guns, and the sign had been shot up it was a friendly warning.
