This time last year Brancatto Engineering were making a custom built Bellypan/Catch-tray to fit to the 600SS, these contained well nuts that the fairing panels bolted to instead of using the original metal straps to bolt the fairing together underneath. My Bike although a 600SS has a Monster 600 Engine in it and I found the taller gearing worked best for me 15/42, I did try Lower gearing at most circuits first but with limited practice time I often settled on what I knew would work for me and my riding style. Brake lines, I get all the bits from Race Parts UK, works out about £11 a line with the discount they give me. A cheap alternative is a brake line off a RSV Aprilia, very similar to that of a 996 but it T's off at the top end along the centre line of the bottom yoke, so if routed correctly doesn't fall foul of the ACU rule book |
