| Definitely 'Greeedy Bstards'. I would expect a minor increase, not 25%, that’s taking the urine. With their customers leaving in droves, I suppose they've got to recover their losses somewhere and what better place than their existing customers.  When my wife and I bought our bungalow about 6 years ago we set up 'Dual Fuel' with another supplier. Just after moving in, BG sent us several bills addressed to us which we ignored, then we received a 'Final Reminder' to pay £150. Both my wife and I telephoned them several times to explain that although we have a very similar surname to the previous occupant, we have only recently moved in and are with another supplier, unfortunately they didn't listen so we approached 'Energy watch' and I think 'Ofgas'. We provided documents to substantiate our case. After the regulators intervened BG quickly dropped their argument and offered us £20 for our troubles, to which they offered to 'give to one of our chosen charities' !!!
