What is the most discreet switchgear that you have seen on a bike? Has to be black, and on a reasonably common bike (pref japanese for availability but others aren't ruled out).

So how many switches do you want ?
Starter, kill, indicators, horn, lights-on, main/dip ... ?
Discreet becomes difficult if its all of the above

Must have all of the common functions and be significantly smaller than standard SS switchgear.

Current front-runner is the stuff on my KTM Duke II but I'm sure there is better out there.

I think Suzuki used to use a very compact unit on 70's trail bike , that had all the controls on one side, rather than using two sets of switches. A friend of mine used to use them as he had lost his left arm. So he needed everything on the right. I'm sure it was suzuki, but sorry no pics.
