| Registered Forum User Big Twin  Posts: 1,575 Join Date: Jun 2002 Location: West Sussex Mood: Waiting for the change (Not the menopause) Communication is the key issue here, I think that a lot of disquite could have been avoided if there had been more regular updates on the DD series. People want to hear what is happening and when they have nothing to go on they will start to assume that in fact nothing is progressing. Perhaps it could be arranged that every two or three days an email / post is sent out stating the current status of the main point of contention, this should be sent regardless of wether the situation has changed or not.
