Nick, get over to ducati.com and find the pdf manual and in their they'll be the dimensions.
Not much help but 999s:-
max width - 730 (tip of brake to tip of clutch levers)
length - 2095 but add say 75mm for licence plate overhang
on its side stand - I'd say about 1000mm but need to measure.
