| Ooh ouch! Blimey TP you do seem to have some bad luck, but you're taking it with good humour as usual.  I just did the self same thing to my left knee (minus the melted skin bit) and it hurt like a b*****d, it was three days before I could walk without crutches and it's still excrutiating to the touch three weeks later! The good news is that you should be able to get back on the bike quite quick and go grab that class win thats well overdue! Get well soon mate, Jen.  |
