| A natural effect of running an engine and letting it cool in damp winter weather will form condesation on hot engine parts as they cool.
Engine oils have emulsion agents to help disperse this condensation in the engine oils. The first decent long run on a warm day will heat up the oil and engine parts to the right heat that will "flash off" the condensation.
