Absolutely and exactly. It's nothing to do with DD itself, more a neglect of the other stuff.
Last year the MT needed to focus on DD, because it's a splendid thing for the the club. The thing is that they needed to concentrate on DD
AND the regions - but that didn't happen.
Due to the previous regional coordinators resignation and a slow start from me picking it up, the regions were left to drift a bit, which meant that the 90% of folks who don't race felt as though there reasons for joining the club were being ignored a bit.
That's all - but it's getting better
