Once you have all the bolts loosened, some triple clamps will slide off easily with just a little tapping of a rubber mallet while others might need a little more "gentle force" ... if you have the bike lifted-up on rear stands, you might need to switch the position of the forks to help you remove the top yoke. With one hand, grab the front wheel and move it around front/back and left/right... this will help line up forks tubes so that removing the yoke will be easier.
